WHY HEARTDANCE
Video is changing again.
Long-form video should be more than a catalog and a player. We want to build products that understand an entire episode, remember what matters, help people find the exact scene they have in mind, and give creators smarter ways to remix and tell stories.
We are early enough that interns can own real problems, ship real features, and influence how the product is built.

Full-attendance bonus
RMB 10 for every day counted toward full attendance.
Late departure allowance
RMB 20 after 20:00 and RMB 40 after 21:00.
